潔凈的自來水經(jīng)進(jìn)水管路進(jìn)入循環(huán)水箱中,進(jìn)水開關(guān)控制高水位;加濕器工作時(shí),循環(huán)水泵將水箱中的水輸送到加濕器頂部的淋水器,淋水器確保水均勻分配到濕膜材料上,水從濕膜材料頂部向下滲透,被濕膜材料吸收,形成均勻的水膜;當(dāng)空氣通過加濕器時(shí),水與空氣接觸,汽化、蒸發(fā),使空氣濕潤;沒有蒸發(fā)的水從加濕器底部流回循環(huán)水箱;循環(huán)水箱中的水通過水泵反復(fù)使用,達(dá)到節(jié)水的目的,從而使通過濕膜的空氣得到加濕。循環(huán)水箱內(nèi)的水下降到

例:某一新風(fēng)空調(diào)機(jī)組風(fēng)量
Q=10000m3/h,加濕器入口空氣狀態(tài)為t1=30℃、1O%RH,加濕器出口空氣
狀態(tài)t2=20℃、50%RH,選擇直排水濕膜加濕器型號(hào)。
● (計(jì)算有效加濕量)E=1.2×Q×u×(X2-X1)×1.2=1.2×10000×1×(0.0079-0.0042)×1.2=53.28(Kg/h)
