錦山新型模塊逆流式方形冷卻塔廣泛用于工業流體.化工.石油化工.鑄造.電力.食品制造.注塑.中央空調等許多工業部門中需冷卻的通用設備。其冷卻主要材質由玻璃鋼.PVC.PP非金屬和金屬組成。
逆流式冷卻塔的填料有常溫和耐高溫兩種,填料設計是S形小波紋,使需要冷卻的水流動緩慢加大了水與空氣的接觸面積和時間,促進水和空氣的熱交換。布水器和灑水管選用PVC材質,靈活性好.耐腐蝕成本低等優點。灑水管的灑水孔從小到大設計,使水均勻地灑在填料上。塔的風扇一般采用塑料和鋁合金兩種材質,可根據客戶的需求量身定做.電機是選用浙江上虞的專用電機。塔的托水盤.玻璃鋼外殼是采用玻璃纖維材質,堅固性好耐腐蝕抵抗力強.厚度為3-5mm.輕便美觀.方便運輸。
